James E. (“Jim”) Farah is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He has attained the degrees of Juris Doctor, Doctor of Business Administration, and MBA. Jim’s professional career spans over the past thirty years, which includes having worked for United Parcel Service for twenty years. While at UPS, he held various management and staff positions as well as being one of UPS’s in-house attorneys. In 2003, Jim left UPS to pursue other personal interests and career opportunities.
Jim is the President of Pantheon Realty Group. He brings a vast amount of business knowledge to assist his customers, both buyers and sellers, with purchases and sales of all types of commercial properties, businesses and land.
Jim is also a licensed attorney and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2000. He is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator and Associate Professor of Business and Management at Jacksonville University.
Jim enjoys working with customers and especially working with buyers to help them locate and negotiate the optimal purchase for their property.
